Phoenix went for a Dermatology consult at UGA last week because his skin is still very itchy. The good news is that he weighed in at 58 lbs and you can see from the photo's looks more and more like the wonderful GSD he is every day! The fur on his forelegs is coming in nicely and there are little tufties of fur on his flanks and abdomen but the area under his neck is still very, very irritated.

He is eating 1 1/2 times the caloric intake for an 80 lb dog but he has so much muscle mass to repair it is going to be one step at a time BUT I think we can all see the life back in his eyes!
