Please Help Annie!

ANNIE IS HOME! - You can see that she has become a healthy girl and a very fast healer! Annie had her surgery at UGA on January 4th and already the external staples are being covered over with new fur. She is putting a lot of weight on the leg and using it as much as possible - she is a girl in constant motion now that she is no longer in pain or has any infections. Annie's new life would not have been possible without the care, concern and love of GSD's that you all show to dogs like Annie every day.

Karen (Annie's Foster Mom), Annie and I thank each one of you from the bottom of our hearts - Annie especially and if you were here I guarantee she would be trying to tell you so herself! We plan a trip to the shelter and to the first Vet that wanted to euthanize our "vicious" girl.

DONATION UPDATE: Annie's medical bills came to a total of $1,768.00. So far we have received $750.00 in donations! We still have an outstanding balance of $1018.00 and appreciate any donation toward her bills so that we are able to go on and help the next deserving GSD that comes our way!
